This Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between DePaul University, through the Irwin W. Steans Center, which includes the Egan Office for Urban and Community Partnerships, ("DePaul") and ("Community Partner"). The purpose of this Agreement is to allow DePaul students to participate in various activities on-site at Community Partner ("Activities").
