Customer grants to Priority Waste, LLC, and its affiliates (hereafter “Company”), the exclusive right within Company's service area, to furnish the equipment and services for the collection, transportation, disposal and/or recycling of the Customer's non-hazardous solid waste materials including Recyclable materials (collectively, "Waste Materials"), and Company agrees to provide such services.
