IMPORTANT: Upon execution of this Agreement and delivery of the above Equipment, User agrees to abide by the terms, conditions and instructions set forth on both sides of this Temporary Use Agreement. Additional or substitute terms will not become part of this Agreement unless expressly accepted in writing by Dealer. Dealer’s acceptance is limited to the terms of this Temporary Use Agreement, and no contract will be formed except on these terms.
