This Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is between Pueblo County, the City of Pueblo, the Pueblo Police Department, the Tenth Judicial District Attorney’s Office, the Pueblo Office of the Colorado State Public Defender, the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office, the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment, and Crossroads’ Turning Points, Inc. (hereinafter, the Parties) for the purpose of amending the MOU between the Parties that was executed on September 10, 2018.
