AMENDMENT TO VENDOR LICENSE AGREEMENTVendor License Agreement • August 18th, 2016
This is an amendment (the "Amendment”) to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for Table Filter for Confluence Cloud dated May 31, 2012 and applicable to Table Filter and Charts for Confluence (Server) add-on (together with its Documentation and all Updates, the "Product"), by and between Private Unitary Production Enterprise “StiltSoft” ("Vendor") and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC ("Customer"), (the "Vendor Agreement") attached hereto and incorporated by reference as modified by this Amendment (Vendor and Customer hereinafter referred to jointly as the “Parties”) . In the event of a conflict between this Amendment and the Vendor Agreement, this Amendment shall prevail. Any provision of the Vendor Agreement that is inconsistent with any provision of this Amendment is hereby deleted. The Vendor Agreement as modified by this Amendment is hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”.
