This CONTRACT for services (“Contract” herein) is made and entered into this May day of 18, 2022, by and between the City of Palmdale, a public body corporate and politic, (hereinafter called “CITY”), and GARDEN STATE FIREWORKS INC., a Corporation, (hereinafter called “CONTRACTOR”). The term of this Contract is THREE (3) YEARS, commencing on May 18, 2022, with CITY reserving the option to extend the agreement for 2 additional terms of one year each.
