WHEREAS, Section 18.42.040 of Chapter 18.42 of Title 18 (Zoning) of the Palo Alto Municipal Code sets forth certain conditions on the construction and/or conversion, occupancy and use of accessory dwelling units authorized by California Government Code section 65852.2, and requires the recordation of a deed restriction with respect to said conditions prior to issuance of a building permit; and
