So there is no confusion, paragraph labeled number one is solely related to Home Plus of Kentucky Only. This is defined as you agree that you will not replicate such business model and attempt to recruit, refer or engage in your own business practices. You also agree that you will not attempt to compete with Home Plus of Kentucky by soliciting or taking away from such business that Home Plus is engaged in. You also agree that you will not trade, sell, or discuss such business model to other like kind businesses. This does not in any way prevent you as a provider from working with or stop you from having other employment/volunteer work with like kind or similar businesses.
