The COUNTY OF SAN BENITO ("COUNTY") and Mesiti-Miller Engineering, Inc., (dba MME Civil + Structural Engineering), a California Corportation ("CONTRACTOR") enter into this contract which shall be effective on the date stated in Paragraph 1.

The COUNTY OF SAN BENITO ("COUNTY") and San Benito Engineering & Surveying, Inc., ("CONTRACTOR") enter into this contract which shall be effective on the date stated in Paragraph 1.

This contract shall commence on July 1, 2021, and end on June 30, 2024, unless sooner terminated as specified herein. Unless terminated, this contract shall automatically renew for two (2) successive one (1) year periods (July 1 – June 30) under the same terms and conditions unless either party, not less than thirty (30) days before the expiration of the contract, gives the other party written notice of intent that the agreement not be renewed.
