PARTIES: The parties to this Agreement are the City of Rawlins, a municipality duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Rawlins DDA/Main Street, an authority formed pursuant to Wyoming Statute 15-9-201 through 15-9-223 and created by the City of Rawlins pursuant to Wyoming Statute 15-9-203 and Rawlins Municipal Code Sections 2.52.010, 2.52.020, and 2.52.030, hereinafter referred to as CONTRACTOR, DDA and/or DDA Board.
