GRANTEE possesses legal authority to receive grant funding and execute a Grant Agreement (“Agreement”), and hereby assures and certifies that it will comply with the regulations, policies, guidelines, and requirements set forth herein as they relate to the Agreement. The purpose of this grant, as described specifically in the Statement of Work, is to improve and expand opportunities for independent living services to people with disabilities in accordance with the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL), the State Board of Vocational Rehabilitation and Pennsylvania Independent Living Services Act (Act No. 1994-139). 62 P.S. § 3201 et seq.
