A “call back” shall not be construed to mean a “call in”. 5.02 Employees who have left the plant and are subsequently called in to work before the beginning of their regular shift or to work a sixth shift shall receive one (1) hour’s pay at time and one-half the regular straight time hourly rate for the “call in” and overtime rates shall be paid for all time worked in excess of their regular shift.
