This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Dighton Water District, hereafter referred to as the "District" and the Massachusetts Laborer s District Council of the Laborer's International Union of North America, AFL-CIO, in behalf of Public Employee Local Union 1162, Taunton, and hereafter referred to as "Union", on behalf of the Personnel of the Dighton Water District.
