PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT ADDENDUM - SPONSORED ACCESSParticipant Agreement • April 20th, 2010
This Addendum is between BATS Trading Limited (BATS) and the Participant referred to in the attached Schedule (Sponsoring Participant) and is supplemental to and forms part of an agreement as amended from time to time between BATS and the Sponsoring Participant, details of which also appear in the attached Schedule (Participant Agreement). BATS has agreed to the Sponsoring Participant allowing those persons and entities listed in the attached Schedule (each and together Sponsored Participant(s)) directly to access and use such of the Services as BATS may permit from time to time on and subject to the terms of the Participant Agreement as amended by this Addendum.
