This Agreement (as defined hereinafter) is an agreement between you or the person or legal entity that you represent (“Licensee” or “you”) and Unit040 Ontwerp B.V. (“Unit040”, “Licensor” or “we”) for the license to use the Software (as defined hereinafter). It is important that you read this Agreement carefully before using the Software and any accompanying Documentation (as defined hereinafter) made available to you by Licensor.
