AMENDMENT TO THEInterconnection Agreement • March 14th, 2003
Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), The Board of Lights and Water, a Public Corporation and Subsidiary Corporation of the City of Marietta, D/B/A Marietta FiberNet (“Marietta FiberNet”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated July 27, 2002 (“Agreement”) to be effective upon the date of the last signature executing the Amendment.
