THIS AGREEMENT made on the day of 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between FIRST STRING LOGISTICS (hereafter referred to as “ Dispatcher”), and (hereafter referred to as “Carrier”), is for the purpose of setting forth the exclusive terms and conditions by which DISPATCHER is a transportation dispatcher handling necessary paperwork between SHIPPER and CARRIER in order to secure “CARGO” for said CARRIER.
