This Commissioned Data Processing Agreement governs the handling of personal data by Hor- netsecurity within the scope of the contract concluded between the Customer and the Contrac- tor. This Commissioned Data Processing Agreement shall take precedence, with regard to the handling of personal data, over the Service Contract and Hornetsecurity's existing confidentiality or legal obligations to retain data. Hornetsecurity processes this personal data for the Customer within the meaning of Articles 4 No. 2 and Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
