(“JCI”), Safeco Insurance Company of America (“Safeco”), and The School Board of Broward County, Florida (“SBBC”) on behalf of their heirs, officers, directors, employees, agents, predecessors and successor corporations, professional associations, parent corporations, subsidiaries, shareholders, assigns, insurers, professionals and all persons, firms and corporate entities affiliated therewith (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), and agree to the following:
