Pursuant to resolutions adopted by each of such boards of education under the provisions of K.S.A. 1981 Supp. 12-2904 and K.S.A. 72-8230. Duly certified copies of the 1985 resolutions to enter into this agreement are attached. All other resolutions pertaining to this agreement, duly certified by the respective clerk of each school district, are available for public view at 621 East Oklahoma, Ulysses, Kansas.
