This user account agreement (“User Agreement”) sets forth the respective rights and obligations between you, your firm (“Correspondent”), Apex Clearing Corporation (“Apex Clearing”), and Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC (f/k/a Apex Crypto LLC), a limited liability company formed under the laws of Delaware (“Bakkt Crypto,” “we,” or “us”). Your brokerage firm shall be referred to as the “Correspondent” hereunder but shall not be considered a party to this User Agreement.
