This Chapter 381 Economic Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into to be effective as of May 12, 2022, by and between the Comal County, Texas (hereinafter called “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas and Caterpillar Inc., a Delaware Corporation authorized to do business in Texas (hereinafter called “Company”), otherwise known as the “Parties” to this Agreement.
