This Employment Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is made and entered into this 14th day of April, 2020 by and between the City of South Lake Tahoe (the "CITY"), a California municipal agency, and Joseph D. Irvin ("IRVIN"), an individual. The CITY and IRVIN are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as "Party" and hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."
