THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of September, 2015 by and between RDC National, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (“Buyer”), and City of Moorhead, Minnesota (“Seller”). Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to purchase, upon the terms and conditions and subject to the contingencies hereinafter set forth, the real property and all appurtenances, thereunto belonging consisting of approximately twenty (20) acres of land legally described as (or to be legally described as) Lot 2, Block 2, McCara 3rd Addition to the City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota, and as approximately depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Property”).
