The City and Consultant (“Parties”) previously entered into Agreement Amendment No. 1 dated April 7, 2022, and Amendment No. 2 dated October 26, 2022. The Parties agree to further amend the Agreement to add additional scope of work to be performed by Consultant and paid for by City, and to extend the expiration date to align with the construction phase of the Project. The additional work was requested by the City to include work items associated with required Conditional Use Permits, electrical building design, easement adjustments, and assessment and design of pump station alterations to accommodate the shortening of the force main at Westside Pump Station. The Agreement is further revised as follows:
