This Software Agreement (the "Agreement" or “Software Agreement”) is valid for the applicable order and is effective between Data Tools Pty Ltd ABN 21 073 541 385 (“DataTools”) and the Company specified in the order (the “Customer”) (collectively referred to as “the parties”). It supersedes the DataTools Software End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) applicable to DataTools software products.
