This End User License and Services Agreement (the “EULA”) details the terms and conditions applicable to any Products (defined below) or Services (defined below) offered by Next Caller, Inc. (“Next Caller”) that your company (“you” or “your”) obtains via an AWS Marketplace (defined below). This EULA replaces and supersedes all previous agreements and other communications (oral or written) between Customer and Next Caller relating to the subject matter of this EULA.
