This TRANSITION SERVICES AGREEMENT, dated May 29, 2024 (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, this “Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between Inhibrx, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RemainCo”), and Inhibrx Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SpinCo”).
