INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEENInterconnection Agreement • July 20th, 2012
This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon Pennsylvania Inc., f/k/a Bell Atlantic - Pennsylvania, Inc. (“Verizon”), a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, and NetCarrier Telecom Inc., a corporation with offices at 4000 N. Cannon Ave., Lansdale, Pennsylvania 19446 (“NetCarrier”), and shall be deemed effective on June 15, 2012 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and NetCarrier are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party".
