Construction Manager represents to the District that it has the necessary license for a Construction Manager as provided for in Government Code Section 4525, et seq.; that it has expertise and experience in construction supervision; bid evaluation; project scheduling; cost benefit analysis; claims review and negotiation; and general management and administration of construction projects.
