This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is entered into a leasing agreement, between Christ Our Shepherd Church (“Landlord”) and (“Tenant”). Landlord and Tenant are collectively referred to in this Lease as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. Where this agreement conflicts with the COSC Building Usage policy, this agreement shall supersede the policy.
