Customers Signing an Order Form. Any Customer acquiring Products and/or Services directly from HighJump must sign a HighJump Order Form that lists the Products and/or Services to be provided by HighJump and the fees to be paid by Customer. When Customer and HighJump sign the Order Form, a contract is formed between them consisting of the Order Form, these HighJump General Terms, and the following HighJump supplemental terms and conditions as applicable (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”):
