This Generator Interconnection and Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on by Consumers Energy Company (the “Utility”), (the “Interconnection Customer”), and (if applicable under Section 5) (the “Property Owner”). Utility and Interconnection Customer are sometimes also referred to in this Agreement collectively as “Parties” or individually as “Party.” Interconnection Customer shall be the “Applicant” as used in and for purposes of the applicable Consumers Energy Company Generator Interconnection Procedures (“Interconnection Procedures”).
