ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES AGREEMENTAdministration and Support Services Agreement • October 14th, 2021 • Idaho
(“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the city of Ketchum (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), a municipal corporation of the state of Idaho, and the Urban Renewal KURA of the city of Ketchum, also known as the Ketchum Urban Renewal KURA, an independent public body, corporate and politic, duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the State of Idaho, specifically the Idaho Urban Renewal Law of 1965, as amended, Chapter 20, Title 50, Idaho Code (the “Law”), and authorized to transact business and exercise the powers granted by the Law and the Local Economic Development Act, as amended, Chapter 29, Title 50, Idaho Code (the “Act”) (hereinafter referred to as the “KURA”) (collectively the City and KURA may be referred to as the “Parties”), effective retroactively to October 1, 2021.
