This agreement outlines the role and responsibilities for Participating Dealerships in the MOR-EV Program, as set out in M.G.L. c. 25A, § 19; St. 2022, c. 126, § 123, and 225 CMR 26.00. To participate in the MOR-EV point-of- sale program, a dealership or showroom must be licensed to sell vehicles in the commonwealth of Massachusetts and offer new, rebate-eligible vehicles for purchase or lease.
