THIS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions under which Vintory, LLC (“Vintory”), a Maryland limited liability company, agrees to provide the Deliverables (defined below) to you, the customer (“you”, “your” or the “Customer”).
