This Service Level Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “SLA”) governs the handling of problems and errors in connection with the use of the Software. The objective is to create or maintain the agreed functionality of the Software in accordance with the Enterprise License. UMH undertakes to remedy all problems and errors in connection with the use of the Software that are within the influence of UMH.
