General Terms: Carolinas Veterinary Medical Hospital will exercise responsible care for the safety of your pet, and to keep the boarding premises safe and properly enclosed. Pets will be fed and watered regularly, and housed in clean, safe quarters. Carolinas Veterinary Medical Hospital cannot guarantee against accidents, and we cannot be liable for loss or damage caused by or to our pet guests at this facility. Carolinas Veterinary Medical Hospital is to use all responsible precautions against illness, injury, or escape of my pet(s), but Carolinas Veterinary Medical Hospital will not be held liable or responsible in any manner whatever, under any circumstances, on account of the care, treatment, or safe keeping of my pet(s), as it is thoroughly understood that I assume all risks. The owner agrees to be solely responsible for all injuries or damage caused by the owner’s pet while it is at this resort.
