This Reseller Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) is entered into by and between Reseller and PeopleGuru, Inc., a Florida corporation with offices at 101 S Hoover Blvd, Suite 100, Tampa FL 33609, (“PeopleGuru”) contracting with Reseller in an Order Form. This Master Agreement is effective as of the date PeopleGuru accepts the Order Form executed by Reseller ("Effective Date").
