Through completion of the technical and general education courses at MATC, students who earn the AAS degree in Graphic Design are prepared for advanced-level design work at UWM. Students completing the BA in Design Studies at UWM will have the opportunity to apply their technical knowledge to design problems that require research, conceptualization, and application of ideas and formal skills to identify and solve design problems. UWM also offers a wide range of electives throughout the University that will inform students’ design experiences in the classroom.
