THIS DOCUMENT constitutes the “Shared Services Agreement” (“Agreement”) made by and between the Camden County Improvement Authority, a body politic and corporate of the State of New Jersey, having its principal place of business at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102 (the “CCIA”) and the Camden Board of Education, a body politic and corporation of the State of New Jersey, having its principal place of business at 1033 Cambridge Street, Camden, NJ 08105, (“BOE”) (collectively the “Parties”).
