This Subscription and Contribution Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between is made effective as of February 20, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Secured Real Estate Income Fund I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Purchaser”) and Secured Real Estate Income Strategies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”). Purchaser and the Company are referred to herein as “Parties” and individually, as a “Party”.
