This Monitor Agreement (this "Agreement") entered into this 29th day of November, 2018 by and among Jeffrey Brennan ("Mr. Brennan") ("Monitor") and Indorama Ventures Pie, Far Eastern New Century Corporation, and Alfa, S.A.B. de C.V.
