By you executing this GTC on behalf of the legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that legal entity to this GTC for their use of the software (“Software”) as set forth in the latest fully executed Software License Agreement between Licensor and Licensee (the “Agreement”). Please review the terms of this GTC thoroughly. This GTC constitutes a legal agreement between Licensee and Licensor.
