THIS AGREEMENT replaces and supersedes any and all prior terms and conditions of employment, Employment Agreements, discussions, and implied and express contracts between these parties, and is intended and understood by the parties, and shall be read and construed, to set forth all terms and conditions of employment for the Superintendent while employed by the Board, except to the extent that any such terms may be imposed, superseded, or preempted by operation of controlling State or federal law.
