This document sets forth the Terms & Conditions for Sale of goods manufactured and/or supplied, and services provided, by SCIEX India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "SCIEX India") and sold to the original purchaser thereof ("Buyer"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in any other document whether executed prior hereto or even hereafter, the parties agree that these Terms & Conditions of Sale establish the rights, obligations, and remedies of SCIEX India and Buyer in relation to this offer and any resulting order or contract for the sale of SCIEX India's goods and/or services ("the Products")
