This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made and entered into by and between the City of Gillette Police Department (GPD), the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), the Campbell County School District (CCSD), and the Campbell County Attorney’s Office (CAO) all of whom may be collectively referred to herein as the “participating agencies” or “parties”. This MOU replaces any and all prior agreements between the participating agencies.
