This Joint Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2018 (“Effective Date”), between West Ada School District (hereafter called “WASD”) and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County, Inc., an Idaho non-profit corporation (hereinafter called “B&G Club”). WASD and the B&G Club are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as the “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
