This Agreement is entered into between the Oakland UnffiedSchooi District (OUSD) and Action Learning SY~RACTOR). OUSD is authorized by Government Code Section 53060 to contract for the furnishing of special services and advice in financial, economic, accounting, engineering, legal, and administrative matters with persons specially trained, experienced, and competent to perform such services.
