All information supplied will be kept strictly confidential, not distributed or made available to others for any purpose, and is for the sole use by this facility to properly identify the participant and record the agreement to hold On target Ranges No. 1, LLC and employees, and/or owners, and vendors harmless for any accidents or incidents that may occur while anywhere on the premises of On Target Ranges No. 1, LLC.
